Try giving up smoking for a month and get down to some serious business such as working out and eating healthy. If you find out any such abnormality then make sure you consult your dentist.

Visiting your dentist regularly will also ensure that you will gain sufficient knowledge on the procedures that you need to follow for certain dental conditions. They will also tell you which oral health condition requires immediate attention and which can be delayed.
