Beware of these 7 dental disease
Its never fun to suffer from any sort of disease. We all want to hail and hearty and that’s how it should be. No matter what or where, we all want to lead a healthy lifestyle. But the fact is we want it yet we hardly do things that actually should be done. For example we love to flash that sparkling white smile but we do not want to follow proper dental hygiene. And the fact is Tooth Disease or Gum Disease are literally no fun. I mean just imagine yourself as one of the most prettiest lady on this planet or the most handsome hunk whom every men or women want to be with; but the moment you smile or speak you flaunt your crooked yellow teeth
Umm I would say NOT IMPRESSIVE!!! But then there are things that you can do make it shine bright and make it look impressive. To do those things or to take those steps you need to first understand the type of problems that our teeth goes through, the type of diseases they are exposed to. So come lets take a look at these 7 common dental problem which we need to be cautious of:
1. Bad Breath
One of the most common dental condition suffered by many. Being one of the most common condition it is also embarrassing. As per the studies we have found out that globally 85% people suffer from Halitosis (another name for Bad Breath). The cause of bad breath is related to multiple diseases in our mouth such as Periodontitis, Gingivitis, Cavities or Dry Mouth.
The cure of Bad Breath is simple: Brushing Twice a day followed by flossing and using mouthwash.

2. Tooth Decay
Another very common issue faced by us and especially kids. This happens because of the very same reason – Lack of dental care. Kids are more prone to this disease because of their erratic eating habit and urge of eating candies and drinking soda. But just eating candies and drinking alone will not cause it. Tooth Decay happens because when plaque gets in touch with sugary foods and generates acids which attacks tooth. The way to avoid this is by eating healthy food which is less on sugar and starch, giving up on soda (or drinking using a straw) and quitting smoking to name a few.

3. Periodontal Disease
There have been numerous studies that have shown relation between gum disease and other major ailments in our body i.e. Heart Attacks. You suffer from this condition when the gums surrounding your teeth gets affected. This disease has also been linked with tooth loss among adults. At the initial stage gum disease is called as Gingivitis which is a curable stage. But if this disease is neglected it will take a severe form called as Periodontitis. The best way to get rid of this disease is by visiting your dentist regularly and getting your tooth checked for any sort of abnormality.

4. Oral Cancer
Cancer in any form is a deadly disease and the most surprising fact is that it affects millions of people every year globally. You will be surprised to know that every year nearly 300,000 cases are diagnosed worldwide. This is one such disease which needs immediate attention and once detected it has to be cured as it is fatal in nature.
5. Mouth Sores
This happens to one and all and generally stays for a week or so or even less than a week. But if it lasts for more than 2 weeks then you must seek dental appointment. Your dentist will suggest you some ointment or medication to heal it.
6. Tooth Erosion
So basically this is Enamel Erosion and happens when plaque forms and reacts with acids present in foods to attack the enamel. Enamel is considered to be toughest tissue in the human body but it is highly vulnerable to attacks from acids. To keep your enamel intact you need to avoid acidic food, avoid soda and definitely give up cigarette and tobacco. When drinking soda make sure you do it via straw.
7. Pericoronitis
You might not have heard the name of this disease very often but believe it is a very common disease happening to us.
When our wisdom tooth does erupt fully, bacteria enters the gums and infects it. The bacteria attacks our gums because food gets trapped and causes irritation. The condition is resolved by clearing out the inflammation.
